Information related to Covid-19
We are well aware that the Omicron crisis may not seem to align well with scientific planning, yet we are proceeding with organizing this conference under the assumption that by summer, the current crisis would be well over, and the conference will be held live, safely, and successfully in San Sebastian. At this point we would like to emphasize that we regard live participation as a necessary condition for the success of the conference, and we will not convert the conference into a virtual format. Hence, in case of Force-majeur cancellation due an unexpected pandemic situation (e.g., lockdown, flight restrictions preventing participants entering or leaving Spain), registration fees will be reimbursed in full.
