Sponsors should pay before August 15th in order to have their company logo printed in all the material for the congress.
Gold and Silver should pay before August 30th.
Cancellations of participation should be made before September 9th. For cancellations received before September 9th 2011, the registration fee will be refunded minus a 20% handling fee for administrative costs. No refund can be made for cancellations received after September 9th 2011.
