Relevant information

Information for Oral Presentations:

In order to make sure that WILD 2022 talks run smoothly according to schedule and without delays, we would like to ask that you send your final slides for the presentation in advance, so that we can set up the shared laptops for this purpose. We would prefer you not using your own laptop.

 Could you please send your slides by 11:59 PM the day before your talk using the link below to facilitate smooth transitions between talks.

We have scheduled 20 minute slots for each presentation comprising 15 minutes for the talk and 5 minutes for discussion.

The two laptops have the following configurations:

- LAPTOP_1: MS Windows10 Pro, MS Office Standard 2021, Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 2022.011.20117, VLC 3.0.17.4
- LAPTOP_2: MacOS Monterrey 12, MS Office 2021 for Mac , KeyNote 11.2, VLC 3.0.17.3 , Adobe Reader 11.

Please name the presentation using the number of your talk and oral session as indicated in the conference program (e.g.: OS-2.3 for Oral Session 2, third presentation). The presentations will be loaded in both computers. 

Also note that during the registration, coffee and lunch breaks, presenters will be able to test their presentations for the upcoming session.

Information for Poster Presentations:

We would like to inform you that these are the poster dimensions for the WILD 2022:

- Maximum poster height: 120 cm

- Maximum poster width: 100cm

Each poster will be given a unique number which corresponds to the poster panel and there will be tape provided to secure your poster on the board.

COVID-related Safety Measures and Requirements:

We encourage all attendees planning to arrive to Spain from abroad to check the entry updated entry requirements on https://www.spth.gob.es. You may be required to present proof of vaccination or other related documentation upon arrival. 

The use of facemarks outdoors and indoors is no longer mandatory in Spain. However, the local health authorities advise the use of facemarks indoors when a safe social distance of 1.5 meters cannot be maintained. We will maintain all attendees informed about any changes to these guidelines before and during the conference.

Depending on your country of origin, you may be required to get a COVID test before departure. Below we provide a list of places that you can consul and arrange an appointment.
