REGISTRATION: Step 1 of 4
CANCELLATION OF CONGRESS PARTICIPATION
If you need to cancel your participation, please notify the organizing committee in written form, by sending an email to neurogune@bcbl.eu. For cancellations received before June 30th 2014, the registration fee will be refunded minus a 20% handling fee for administrative costs. No refund can be made for cancellations received after June 30th 2014.
STUDENT FEES
The student fee is for all students following a masters course and who have not yet started their doctoral studies. Any person who is already engaged in a doctoral program in order to obtain a PhD must pay the full registration fee.
A letter from a local Professor stating that the student is not enrolled on a doctoral program must be sent to neurogune@bcbl.eu
