Information for Symposia/Oral presentations:
In order to make sure that SL 2026 talks run smoothly according to schedule and without delays, we would like to ask that you send your final slides for the presentation in advance, so that we can set up the shared laptops for this purpose. We would prefer you not using your own laptop.
We have scheduled 20 minute slots for each presentation comprising 15 minutes for the talk and 5 minutes for discussion (except for Oral Session 2, which has 15-minute slots).
Your presentation will be uploaded to two shared laptops that you will be able to use during your oral session.The two laptops have the following configurations:
Laptop 1 (MBAIR-04) : MacOS Sequoia 15.7.7, Microsoft Office 2016, Adobe Reader 2016.001.21431, VLC 3.0.17.3, Keynote 14.0
Laptop 2 (Inspiron 03) : MS Windows 11, Microsoft Office 2019, Adobe Reader 26.001.21563, VLC 3.0.23

Please name the presentation using the number of your talk and oral session as indicated in the conference program (e.g.: OS-2.3 for Oral Session 2, third presentation). The presentations will be loaded in both computers.
On the day of your presentation, you will be given time to check that your presentation runs correctly during any of the breaks between sessions.
Information for poster presentations:
We would like to inform you that these are the poster dimensions for the SL 2026:
- Maximum poster height: 120 cm
- Maximum poster width: 113 cm
Each poster will be given a unique number which corresponds to the poster panel and there will be tape provided to secure your poster on the board.
