A BCBL hosted shiny app to explore the NeuroLingua database: https://www.bcbl.eu/databases/shiny/neurolinguapp/

Get to know the dataset: browse the behavioural and MRI (anatomincal and functional) data.

  • Behavioural data:
    • Descriptive statistics
    • Distribution of variables
    • Correlations across selected variables
  • Anatomical data:
    • Select an atlas and browse through the summary statistics for this dataset.
    • For a given region of interest:
      • visualize its distribution
      • check test-retest reliability for samples with multiple acquistions
  • Functional data: work in progress!
