ABSTRACT DEADLINE: April 30th, 2011 (extended till May 10th, GMT +1)

To submit an abstract, you should first register and pay the conference fee as shown during the registration process.

If you pay by credit card, you will be able to submit your abstract after the payment. If you pay by Bank Transfer, confirmation by the BCBL will be needed, and could take about 4 days depending on your bank. You will received a confirmation by email once we receive the bank transfer.

Indicate whether the abstract submission is for a poster presentation only, an oral presentation only, or either. A registered user may submit only one abstract as the communicating author. (Symposia speakers may not be the communicating author on any additional oral presentations, but may present a poster.)

CANCELLATION OF CONGRESS PARTICIPATION

If you need to cancel your conference participation, please notify the conference committee in written form. For cancellations received before August 15th 2011, the registration fee will be refunded minus a 20% handling fee for administrative costs. No refund can be made for cancellations received after August 15th 2011.
